With her eyes closed and one hand resting across her chest, a woman appears beneath a fractured surface of turquoise ice. Bubbles and fine cracks cross the composition, setting her relaxed pose against a cold, brittle world. Waiting for Summer 1 is an original figurative painting by Johannes Wessmark.
